NightOwl Convenience
The NightOwl Convenience store is traditionally sized from 100m2 to 150m2. This retail footprint is split into four formats according to the area’s demographics. These formats include: High Street Convenience, Suburban Convenience, Coastal Convenience and Regional Convenience. A NightOwl store considered as High Street Convenience is located in high-density areas such as city centres.
Suburban Convenience describes a store that is typically the anchor tenant in a shop complex. Coastal Convenience sites are located in areas categorised as lifestyle and holiday destinations and Regional Convenience consists of a broader range of grocery lines to cater for demand.
NightOwl Super
NightOwl Super is about “more choice, more value” offering a larger range of groceries, fresh food and deli items and a more in-depth shopping experience. Already proving popular in New South Wales and Queensland, the relatively new NightOwl Supers are part of NightOwl’s growth strategy. The flexibility in store size ranging from 150 to 500m2, provides an incredibly strong offering for not only franchisees but also customers and business partners.
