Q: How do I work out the budget for my practice fitout?

A: Your budget will depend on many factors such as practice size and design, quality of materials including fixtures and fittings as well as the construction needs. Our in-house design team will work with you to create an accurate costing during the Design and Planning stage. We offer a range of pre-packaged design options or fully customized design and build packages to suit your needs.

Q: How long does it take for the concept design?

A: A concept can be drawn up within a few weeks. Generally we like to give a client a few options to choose from, optimising the use of the space available. After the initial concept design our team will work closely with you to ensure the practice meets your vision!

Q: How long will the practice fitout take?

A: The project timeline for the design and build of your practice will vary depending on the nature of the fitout – whether it is a refurbishment of an existing facility, or a completely new site build. Once we have completed the Vision and Concept Development and Design and Planning stages of the project, the practice fitout is generally at least 8 weeks from start of demolition to completion.
