This year, the Carter Shield will celebrate its 20th anniversary as Iona College, Moreton Bay College and Moreton Bay Boys’ College go head to head in the annual public speaking competition.
Changing the tradition of 19 consecutive years, this year for the first time, Moreton Bay Boys’ College will join the competition.
